This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of HAAS Ops Agents (the "Application"), an internal business-automation application owned and operated by HAAS Millworks Inc. ("HAAS"), 931 Elm St, York, PA 17403.
The Application is provided solely for use by HAAS and its authorized employees and contractors in the course of HAAS's business. It is not licensed, sold, or made available to the public or to any third party.
Only individuals authorized by HAAS may use or configure the Application. Authorized users must keep credentials confidential and use the Application only for legitimate HAAS business purposes.
The Application connects to third-party services including QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365, and Extensiv using HAAS's own accounts. Use of those services remains subject to each provider's terms of service. HAAS is responsible for maintaining its accounts with those providers.
All rights in the Application, its configuration, and its workflows belong to HAAS. Data processed by the Application remains the property of HAAS or the party to whom it belongs under applicable law.
The Application is provided "as is" for HAAS's internal use. HAAS makes no warranties to any third party regarding the Application.
HAAS may suspend or discontinue the Application, or revoke any user's access, at any time.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
